Kid’s Ministry Director

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. (Colossians 3:1-2)

Kids’ Ministry has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad was helping, leading, volunteering, etc with kids for my entire childhood and continues to do so to this day. Thus I began helping with kids from Junior High on.

I believe that Kids’ Ministry exists to introduce children to Jesus Christ in a way that they understand and that draws them to Him, to His love and His saving grace. In this way they will want to follow Him and will be excited to tell others about Him. Kids need to be taught and shown that following Jesus can be fun and full of excitement. A life of following Jesus is not boring and brings abundant life. As well, it’s important that we teach kids what true worship is and how we can worship Him in everything we do.

Becoming the Kids' Ministry Director here at Connections Church is a lifetime in the making and a dream come true! I’m thankful that I get to carry on my dad’s legacy.

My family moved to Montana 5 years ago. Other than the winter weather, I love living here! Joining me in our Montana adventure is my husband, Ryan, and our two daughters, Briella and Maisy.
